- Pappy and Company operations ships all customer orders same day through 2 PM EST. Monday – Friday. Any order received after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- Orders over $99 that do not contain a tobacco product (cigars) qualify for $99 free standard shipping. Free Shipping is always sent via the lowest-cost shipping provider.
- Orders with tobacco products including cigars require a signature on delivery from an adult over 21 years of age.
- Due to state laws we can no longer ship tobacco products to Hawaii, South Dakota, or Utah.
